Tuesdays on the Run: Favorite Race Medals
I’m back from my latest race just in time for Tuesdays on the Run.This week’s topic: Favorite Race Medals. My own answer is simple: I don’t have favorite race medals or maybe they’re all my favorite, so I’ll share my rack. Please comment, share, and link-up with Patty, Erika, and Marcia for this edition of Tuesdays on the Run.
Princess Half Marathon Recap
My quick trip for Princess was a whirlwind of food, drinks, and Milly! Oh, and there was some running in there somewhere. As for the race itself, I inadvertently came in under 3, even with a ton of character photos (and lines), at 2:59:57. I wasn’t aiming for an under 3, as I haven’t been training much at all and wanted to take it easy and get some fun photos. Mostly, I was tired, hot, and sweaty.
Happy Valentine’s Day
Happy Valentine’s Day!
This is a very old shot of Chewie sending some hearts and Xs and Os. I miss him everyday, but he will always be my Valentine.
Friday Five: Seattle Restaurants for V-Day
This week’s Friday Five link-up hosted by Cynthia at You Signed Up for What, Courtney at Eat, Pray, Run DC, and Mar at Mar on the Run is about Food & Drinks. Since I so rarely write about Seattle restaurants and Valentine’s Day is this weekend, I thought I’d share five restaurants I love in the rainy emerald city. While the five are probably fully booked for Sunday, these are great spots for locals and tourists alike to experience anytime of year.

Tuesdays on the Run: Scenes from my run
One Year Anniversary
Artboy and I were together for 10 years before we had a big ol’ crazy wedding at WDW, so it seems a little crazy to celebrate our first anniversary. But in honor of the big day, I figured I’d share some more photos from our wedding at the Boardwalk Inn and the Great Movie Ride. That’s right, we got married at Walt Disney World inside a ride one year ago next Thursday!
Quickie Star Wars
This runDisney trip took about 12 parsecs. If only LA was just six parsecs from Seattle this trip would have been less stressful. With Le Mops having surgery on his neck just days before the Rebel Challenge, the leisurely runcation changed drastically. Artboy, who had already deferred the races, stayed home and watched the pugs. I headed to Disneyland with a friend, feeling like a bad mama.
